KNITTING
Stylz wear has its Own Knitting machine, Mayor & Cie, Germany. It can produce around 2000 KGS of fabric per day. We can do all types of knitted fabrics per our customer specifications and style, including Single Jersey, Interlock, French Terry, and all kinds of Ribs, Jacquard designs, Loop Knit, Fleece, Blended, Auto stripes.
DYEING
Stylz Wear has a modern dye house with HTHP soft flow machines to process cotton and blended fabrics like 100% cotton, cotton/polyester, cotton/viscose, viscose/polyester, etc. The capacity per day is 5000 kgs. It is tied up with a CETP and discharges ZLD water which is reused and recycled. Lots sizes can be handled from 30 kgs to 2000 kgs.
GARMENT WASHING
All Types of Garment washes like:
Stone Wash
Enzyme Wash
Acid Wash and Many More
PRINTING
We have a printing capacity of 15000 pcs per day with 3 automatic placement printing and sublimation printing machines. Our print technician’s skills make us stand proud in the market. Quality at source and controls at every stage makes printing another feather in our cap to stand apart from competitors. This unit practices and is approved for production.
EMBROIDERY
Our latest computerized Embroidery machines imported from Japan with 60 heads support us in fulfilling all our embroidery needs with 100% accuracy and defect-free. This value addition enables us to conquer high fashion and kids’ styles at a competitive price.
ELASTIC MANUFACTURING
Elastic is a very thin covered core wrapped with cotton or acetate, used for shirring, smocking, and other decorative stitching. Wind the bobbin with elastic thread using the bobbin winder or you may need to wind the bobbin by hand, slightly stretching the elastic thread.
FACTORY
The garment factory is involved with the Understanding of Buyer requirements / Specifications and fulfillment of the same. The Garment Factory interacts with the Buyer, Buyer’s Agents, Inspection Agents Forwarding Agents, and a range of contractors.
